Now that our renovations are complete we are excited to welcome new clients to our clinic!

Here is an update to our current protocol and policies: 

PLEASE READ:

We now have more exam rooms to accommodate you and your pets and we are eager to invite you in into the new space! In order to make these changes we have sacrificed room in our reception area which is now half the size it used to be. In an effort to help reduce the congestion and keep you and your pets safe, please continue to call us upon arrival and let us know you are here. Most times a room will be available for you to come right in. If not someone from our team will then call you back when an exam room is ready! 

 
*ALL CATS MUST BE IN CARRIERS, ALL DOGS MUST BE WEARING A SECURE COLLAR and on a flat LEASH!* (if you need to borrow a regular leash please let the team know when you call in to announce your arrival)
 
We ask that all food and medication orders be called-in 2-5 days prior for our staff to prepare them; deliveries from our suppliers can and have been delayed. You do not need to call in first when you arrive for food or medication pick up.
